I’ve decided to add a workout page to track my progress and motivate me. After all, few things make me happier than checking something off a list or adding to a list. I can already tell I’m going to need all the help I can get with this schedule so here goes nothing. I can’t really remember what I’ve done so far this year so I’m just going to start with today. 1/12: Jillian’s 30 day shred, 1.5 mile walk/skate (on an ice encrusted sidewalk so it was a little of both)
1/13: Power Yoga
1/14: Warmup on treadmill, weights (at gym)
1/15: The Bollywood Dance Workout
1/17: Jillian’s 30 day shred
1/18: Power Yoga
1/19: Hauling my giant heavy bag uphill all over the place. Yes. This counts.
1/20: Yoga
1/22: Weight Lifting (lower body)
1/23: Weight Lifting (upper body)
1/24: Random workout with body bar, free weights, and jump rope
1/26: Yoga
1/30: 3 mile run
2/2: 2 mile run
2/4: Yoga
